Refundable deposit at end of departure time. No daily breakfast, housekeeping, limited maid and personalized services. Internet Access fee & Media Rental Fee does apply.

• Taxes: Effective July 1, 2010 Transient Accommodation Tax Rate has increase to 9.25% instead of 8.25%. All fees are subject to two Hawaii taxes (General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Current Tax of 8.25%

• Check-out: 11:00 am
• Occupancy:  Two persons (each extra person $25.00 per night)
• Payment Methods: By Cashier's Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.
• Deposit: Receipt of a 50% deposit will confirm the reservation. Remaining balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation with 14 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee. With less than 14 days notice, refunds will be based on the ability to re-book the accommodation minus a $75 cancellation fee.
