Aloha Visitors:
If you ever want to visit a Orchid Green House in the heart of Hawaiian Paradise Park and get acquainted with a Hilo Orchid Society member and orchid grower. I can arrange for you to contact Pauline Brault, who lives in my neighborhood nearby.

Hi Jim
Cattleya orchids grow well in the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision. I have mounted some of them on my tree ferns and some on my palm trees. Many of our orchid society members grow them on trees and report that they grow well on trees. Of course in their natural habitat they grown on trees as I have seen in the Monteverde cloud forest in Costa Rica.
